We at Shei Shop strive to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and worry-free. Our Refund and Returns Policy applies under specific conditions described below:1. Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Product Authenticity
If you believe that the product you received is not genuine, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us immediately upon delivery.
To validate your claim, you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package and product condition.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process your return.
4. Incorrect or Misleading Product
If the product significantly differs from its description or displayed image on the website, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please keep the package sealed until our team inspects it.
5. Promotional or Discounted Items
Items purchased during sales, flash deals, or promotional offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please check all promotional items carefully before confirming payment in front of the delivery agent.
6. Additional Information
- Product Quality: Since Shei Shop is not the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns for personal dissatisfaction unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
- Condition: Returned items must be in good, unused condition. Scratched, broken, or dirty products will not be accepted.
- Software Issues: Software-related issues (bugs, updates, or features) are not covered under our return policy.
- Seal Broken: Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
- Order Cancellation After Dispatch: If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, delivery charges will apply.
- No Exchanges: Product exchanges are not supported under this policy.
- Minor Differences: Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging are not grounds for return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
- Replacement Unavailable: If we cannot provide a replacement for your returned item.
- Order Cancellation (Before Shipment): If you cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Out of Stock: If your item is unavailable and you request a refund.
- Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
- Most refunds are processed within 7–25 working days after we receive and approve the return.
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds will reach your bank account within 7–15 working days.
- Mobile Banking (Bkash, Rocket, Nagad): Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Important Refund Notes:
- Pre-Orders / Advance Payments: These are non-refundable.
- Cancellation After Full Payment: If you cancel after full payment, a penalty of BDT 1000 or 70% of the order value (whichever is higher) will apply. The remaining balance may be used for future purchases only.
Warranty Policy
At Shei Shop, warranties depend on the manufacturer or Shei Shop’s own coverage, depending on the product.
1. Brand Warranty
- If your product includes a brand warranty, please inform us during the warranty period.
- We will coordinate with the brand to resolve your issue within 10–25 working days.
2. Replacement Warranty
- Applicable only for manufacturing defects, and one replacement is allowed within the warranty period.
- Items with scratches, dents, or physical damage are not eligible for replacement.
- Warranty claims may take 3–4 weeks depending on the nature of repair or replacement.
3. Shei Shop Warranty
A 7-day warranty is offered for manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
Only one replacement is allowed per warranty claim.
The warranty period starts from the day you receive the product.
Important Warranty Notes
If a product description does not mention warranty details, it is not covered by a specific warranty and falls under our standard return/refund policy.
Warranties remain valid only while the authorized distributor continues to provide support.
If distributor services are discontinued, Shei Shop cannot provide warranty service.
Please review product details carefully before purchase, as returns and replacements are limited to manufacturing defects only.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, repairs, or replacements.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
How to Submit a Request
- To file a Return, Refund, or Warranty request, please provide:
- Your Order ID, Email, or Phone Number
- Contact us via email or phone call
- In some cases, we may request a video of the unboxing to verify product condition
⚠️ Failure to provide required information or inappropriate behavior may result in your request being rejected.

We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 18.
If you are under 18, please do not place any orders. Shei Shop will not be responsible for refund or return claims made by minors.
